Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Member Success Manager to join HonestBrands, one of the UK’s fastest-growing e-commerce education communities, that teaches people to build and scale their own brand, founded by 7 & 8 figure ecom entrepreneurs.

You will be the main point of contact for a group of VIP members, supporting them as they build and launch their own e-commerce brands. Working closely with each member and their expert coach, you will help them understand their next steps, overcome challenges and make meaningful progress each week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy graduate with an interest in AI, e-commerce, coaching or customer success. You will receive real responsibility from the beginning, while also developing your leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Duties

Build strong relationships with VIP members and become their trusted, go-to point of contact throughout the programme
Proactively check in with members, track their progress and help them remain focused and accountable each week
Work closely with expert e-commerce coaches to ensure members receive the right guidance and support
Answer member questions and help them make effective use of the programme, roadmap, AI tools and available resources
Identify when members are stuck, disengaged or falling behind and take action to help them move forward
Track engagement, milestones and member success metrics using our internal systems and CRM
Communicate with members through Discord, calls, video calls, looms and email
Collaborate with the wider Member Success team to improve the programme and overall member experience
Use AI and technology to make member support and internal processes more effective

Qualifications

Recent graduate with a strong interest in e-commerce, AI, technology, coaching or customer success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate and build relationships with different personalities
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple member journeys while maintaining attention to detail
Confident learning new technology, platforms and internal systems
Energetic, positive and genuinely passionate about helping other people succeed
Able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve
Previous experience building a website, Shopify store, online brand or side project would be highly desirable
Experience using tools such as Shopify, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion or a customer relationship management platform would be an advantage
Experience in customer service, account management, sales, coaching or community support is beneficial but not essential
