Challenging and rewarding position for individual with a positive attitude and relevant print experience in busy digital print centre.

Responsibilities:
Run daily production meetings and ensure jobs go out on time and to specification

Oversee and manage daily operations of the centre
Responding to quotation requests and follow up with clients
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Liaising with key accounts and ensuring excellent levels of service
Sales minded and always looking for ways to grow the business
Manage small production team and ensure all jobs are printed and finished to specification and on time
Ensure health and safety standards are met as per the company procedures manual
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet production schedules
Liaise with equipment suppliers to ensure maximum up time of all production equipment
Develop and implement business processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Train and supervise staff members
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
