Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (PA) to the Executive Principal and Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

Victoria Primary Academy

Location: Ivy Avenue, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS9 9ER

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Term: Full-Time , TTO plus 10 days

Salary: £26,024.00 - £28,231.00 Annually (Actual) Grade C1, SCP 12-17 (FTE £29,541-£32,046)

About this Role

Are you a master multitasker looking for a dynamic, high-visibility role where no two days are the same? Victoria Primary Academy and Oakwell Rise Primary Academy are offering a unique opportunity for a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant / PA.

Dividing your time across two vibrant school sites, you will act as the vital bridge and strategic anchor for two exceptional teams. You will work closely with the Executive Principal, Heads of School, and Senior Leadership Teams to streamline operations, lead school communications, and drive administrative excellence across both academies.
