Hyde is looking for a Scheduling & Administration Team Leader (Compliance & Empty Homes) to join our collaborative and values-driven team. As a Scheduling & Administration Team Leader at Hyde, you will lead the Property Maintenance scheduling and administration team to deliver accurate, reliable and customer-focused support for property compliance and empty homes services. You will ensure administration is well organised across gas and electrical servicing, boiler installations, rewires, heating upgrades and empty homes, helping work progress safely, efficiently and in line with agreed targets.
Key Duties
- Lead, coach and develop an inclusive, high-performing scheduling and administration team.
- Coordinate administration for property compliance activity, including gas, electrical, boiler, rewires and heating works.
- Manage scheduling and administration for empty homes, ensuring accurate follow-up within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate systems, data and reports to monitor performance, productivity, compliance and service issues.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

As a Scheduling & Administration Team Leader (Compliance & Empty Homes) we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing an administrative or operational support team.
- Strong scheduling, administration and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and passion for delivering reliable, customer-focused property services.
- The ability to use systems, data and reports to monitor performance, identify issues and support service improvement.
- Good understanding of property services, compliance, repairs, maintenance, empty homes or contractor administration.
