We're looking for a professional, reliable and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team supporting the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in Wick.

As a Security Officer, you'll provide a visible and reassuring presence on site, helping to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment at the DWP office in Wick.
You'll carry out routine patrols, monitor site activity, respond to incidents and ensure all Assignment Instructions and Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
This role is ideal for someone professional, proactive and confident working independently in a customer-facing environment.
- Previous security experience
- Valid SIA Licence
- SC Clearance desirable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable and approachable attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

- Reporting Health & Safety concerns promptly and appropriately
