Job Description

About the Housekeeping Team Leader role;

To ensure that all guest accommodation is well maintained and presented to the highest standard which continually exceeds our guests’ expectations.
Allocating duties, including the completion of timesheets and rotas, forecast, audits.
The ability to lead by example and motivate a team of 36 to support the delivery of our exceptional service standards across 249 bungalows.
Ensure the housekeeping team have received the correct COSHH and Health & Safety training and are adhering to the correct procedures.
To be competent using IT and Microsoft Office.
Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests.
To work efficiently and to keep within time frames.
To have the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role.
Being approachable and the first point of call to the housekeeping team members.
Having a keen eye and strong attention to detail.
Having excellent organisational skills.
Being self-motivated with a positive outlook and a passion to do your best.

Hours of work:

This role is based on 30 hours per week.
And would involve working 4 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Shifts patterns will vary between 8am – 6pm, 8am – 4pm and 8am – 3pm

Qualifications

Previous experience of working in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong IT and computer skills is essential.
