Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. Duties
What will you be doing:
Designing content for printing including shop posters, event point of sale, press adverts and brochures.
Designing content for digital media and e-mail marketing.
Support email marketing campaigns including building and analysing performance.
Assist in updating website content using CMS platforms in readiness for activity.
Working within a small marketing team where you will aid in all aspects of our campaigns.
You will be working in a busy, faced paced environment where speed and accuracy is the key to getting campaigns to market.
Ensure brand tone of voice and guidelines are applied consistently across channels.
What skills you will need:
A flair in design and creativity.
A strong interest in marketing and a desire to build a career in the field.
Strong knowledge of In Adobe Creative Suite - especially InDesign and Photoshop.
Knowledge and experience of email creation platforms such as MailChimp or Campaigner.
Reliable and confident with a perfectionist streak – accuracy is non-negotiable.
Able to work to very tight deadlines with excellent organisational skills and be able to constantly re-prioritise in line with business needs.
Able to produce accurate work in a busy environment.
Be able to use your own initiative.
Good knowledge/use of grammar and spelling.
All the above plus a good sense of humour and great work ethic.
What skills would be an advantage:
At least 2 years' experience in a Marketing and/or Graphic Design role
Previous experience in the creation and delivery of social media campaigns, especially through Meta
Work experience in both print and digital delivery and design
Basic HTML skills
Knowledge of websites including SEO and PPC
Creative copy writing skills and able to proofread
An interest in travel and a good sence of humour.
