Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our wellbeing collective. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Pilates classes tailored to a diverse clientele, promoting health and wellbeing through expert guidance.

Our centre is dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing for adults of all ages and abilities and our aim is to create an inspiring and positive environment where people feel encouraged to grow in confidence and achieve lasting change.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your coaching skills and develop in your career as a Pilates Instructor - we're not just looking for a pilates instructor to teach classes, we are looking for someone who wants to inspire people, build relationships with clients and grow with the business.

Responsibilities

Lead group and individual Pilates classes, adapting routines to suit different skill levels and needs.
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure correct posture and technique.
Monitor clients during sessions, offering personalised feedback and modifications as necessary.
Ensure all equipment is used safely, maintained, and kept clean.
Foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages client engagement and retention.
Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates, including injury prevention and improved flexibility.
Keep accurate records of client progress and session attendance.
Stay informed about the latest developments in Pilates techniques and anatomy knowledge through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Recognised Pilates Instructor qualification minimum Mat Pilates; Level 3 or equivalent.
Demonstrable knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates instruction.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients effectively.
Prior experience working with diverse client groups is desirable but not essential.
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
