The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our successful Tiverton team.
Whether you already have experience in estate agency or are looking to start a new career, we are interested in people with the right attitude, personality and drive to succeed. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout their property journey
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Negotiating offers and progressing transactions
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Generating business opportunities and helping grow market share
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Positive, proactive and professional approach
Desirable
- Previous experience in estate agency, lettings, sales or customer service
- Knowledge of the local Tiverton area and surrounding villages
Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 5:15pm
1 in 4 Saturdays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
