Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to join our growing production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembly, wiring and inspection of cable assemblies to customer specifications and quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties

Assemble electrical cables according to detailed specifications and diagrams.
Cut, strip, crimp, solder and ferrule cables to required specifications.
Inspect sinished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Identify and report any production or quality issues.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Experience

Proven experience in cable assembly, wiring, or harness manufacturing.
Competant in crimping and soldering.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and wiring diagrammes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
