Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Prepare and make sushi dishes
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Support chefs during busy service periods
- Organize stock and assist with kitchen setup
- Follow food safety and restaurant procedures
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices is an advantage
