Full job description

A great opportunity exists for an enthusiastic/dynamic and forward thinker who enjoys working in a vibrant growing Physiotherapy practice with all its systems and procedures in place. We are looking for the right person to join our reception team at our Peterborough clinic in Werrington for temporary maternity leave cover for up to 46 remaining weeks. The role will include the following duties:

Reception duties -

* meeting and greeting of patients

* Telephone answering for all our clinics (currently 6)

* Booking in patients on our Cliniko software system

* Insurance referral work administration

* Updating our Insurance referral website portals

*Responding to our general email enquiries and texts

*Stock Control

*Payment processing

We are an innovative practice that is dedicated to helping our clients get better and more importantly, stay better. We seek someone with the following traits: Computer literate, reliable, excellent telephone manner and confidence to manage and lead our patients requirements. All current receptionists are encouraged to apply – medical reception experience with use of appointment booking software is a bonus but not a requirement.

The working hours required are Tuesday 1.30pm to 6pm, Wednesday 8.30am to 1.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 1.30pm and 1 in 4 saturday mornings 8.45am to 1.15pm plus occasional holiday and sickness cover.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: £13.00 per hour
