Job Title: Fully Qualified Drainage EngineerAbout UsRAM Drainage Solutions Limited is a highly trusted, professional drainage company providing 24/7 domestic and commercial support. Based in Salisbury, we provide exceptional services across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on transparency, integrity, and long-lasting results. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our team of accredited professionals.Job SummaryWe are seeking a self-motivated, fully qualified Drainage Engineer with a minimum of two years of experience. The ideal candidate must work autonomously using their own initiative, possess excellent decision-making skills, and have a proven track record in structural resin linings (CIPP) and localized patch repairs.Hours, Pay & Benefits

Working Hours: 45+ hours per week (Standard contract + overtime available).
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience (DOE).
Company Vehicle: Company van provided (To be taken home).
Fuel Card: Full fuel card provided.
Equipment: All specialist tools, jetting, and structural lining equipment provided.

Key Responsibilities

Execute repairs: Carry out professional structural lining and structural localized patch repairs on various drainage systems.
Work autonomously: Manage daily tasks independently on-site using your own accord and initiative without constant supervision.
Make key decisions: Evaluate site issues practically and implement effective, immediate problem-solving strategies.
Diagnose faults: Assess drainage networks using CCTV survey equipment to determine structural integrity and pinpoint specific faults.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of continuous experience working as a qualified Drainage Engineer.
Technical skills: Demonstrated expertise in installing structural liners and structural patches.
Core traits: Strong, independent decision-making abilities and a highly self-motivated work ethic.
Requirements: A valid UK driving license is essential (to operate the company van).
