CR2 Security Group is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused SIA Door Supervisors to join our expanding Event Security Team.
You'll have the opportunity to work at a diverse range of high-profile events across the UK, helping to create safe, secure, and enjoyable environments for clients, staff, and members of the public.
Important Requirement
A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is mandatory.
Unfortunately, applications from candidates who do not hold a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence will not be considered.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence.
- Managing entry and exit points.
- Conducting searches in accordance with event procedures.
- Crowd management and queue control.
- Responding to incidents and emergencies quickly and professionally.
- Working closely with event organisers, venue management, emergency services, and fellow security personnel.
- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors and guests.
- Completing incident reports and relevant documentation accurately.
Essential Requirements
- Current SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Required).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Desirable
- Previous event security experience.
- First Aid qualification.
- SIA License
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to transport.
