As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Florist for our Harrods Concession.

Job Purpose:
- Create and sell luxurious, bespoke floral arrangements intended to enhance people’s daily lives.

Key responsibilities:
- Work independently as well as with the team to fulfil all floral orders to the highest standard and in keeping with the NSFC brand – both in floral design and presentation.
- Always provide a superb customer service experience in person and over the telephone while taking detailed orders, advising customers and processing payments
- Proactively recommend flower and foliage combinations while considering customers’ budgets, evoking their desired sentiments or styles.
- Convey the extraordinary and exclusive quality of our flowers to customers, together with tips from our growers.
- Maintain an adequate supply of ready-to-go bouquets.
- Keep the store floor and your working space clean and tidy, and maintain an appropriate dress code.
- Display merchandise throughout the boutique creatively with products clearly priced
- Ensure the flowers on the stand are fresh, conditioned and the water in vases is clean.
- Perform simple administrative tasks.
You will be expected to:
- Uphold the brand, take pride in the luxury product and be a loyal representative of the company in the exclusive neighbourhood.
- Adhere to all company practices set out by the company management.
- Consistently maintain the elite customer service standards the company is known for.

Your profile:
- Floristry experience is a must.
- A comprehensive level of floristry training.
- Advanced floristry techniques.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is an asset but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A passion for flowers and luxury high-end design.
- Perfect written and spoken English.
- Good level of IT skills.
- Full clean UK driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
