Role Overview
A newly created position, as part of the growing HR team, to support, administer and coordinate activities related to the full employee life cycle at Vaughan.
As a HR Coordinator, this is a true generalist role supporting the business with all aspects of people, from recruitment to training to employee relations, working collaboratively with the Head of HR to continue to lead a people focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day HR administration and responding to employee queries via the shared HR inbox
- Maintaining accurate employee files and records across HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
- Liaising with IT, Finance, operational teams and managers to support end-to-end HR processes
- Supporting managers with direct recruitment, including advertising roles, screening candidates and arranging interviews
- Coordinating onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience
- Administering and reporting on training through the Learning Management System
- Coordinating external training providers and ad hoc training requirements
- Supporting HR meetings, taking notes, and tracking actions and follow-ups
- Coordinating offboarding processes, including leaver administration, exit interviews and final payroll
- Administering service awards, salary benchmarking and other reward, recognition and benefits activities
- Supporting the annual employee engagement survey process
- Coordinating internal communications for people-related updates
- Supporting the Head of HR with projects, including ESG, community and charity initiatives
- Coordinating ad-hoc events
- Identifying process gaps and supporting continuous improvement across people and culture activities
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in HR administration, coordination or people operations support (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent work experience)
- Foundational knowledge of UK Employment Law with experience of application of HR policies and procedures
- Mental Health First Aider or desire to learn
- Strong comprehension of Microsoft Office
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) preferred but not essential
