Overview

You will join the Service Delivery team . You will efficiently provision all products from the B3 services portfolio for new customers while delivering exceptional customer service to the client.

Duties

To ensure constant improvement of customer experience for our clients with maximum efficiency along with a continued drive to enhance your service delivery knowledge.

Co-ordinate both internal and external resources along with raising purchase orders and organising materials to be sent to site.

Maintain relationships with key partners to ensure we provide a unified service from supplier to client.

Skills

Experienced in procurement of telecoms hardware or the ability to transition from a customer services role.

Positive can-do attitude.

Proven problem-solving attitude.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High level of attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
