Full job description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to property management. This role offers an opportunity to focus on portfolio oversight, optimise client satisfaction, and ensure the smooth running of all property-related activities.

Duties

Oversee service charge budgets and financial planning for the property portfolio, attend occasional meetings / AGMs
Utilise Resident property management software for data entry, reporting, and financial management
Conduct annual FRAs reviews and adhoc property visits to ensure properties meet health and safety standards
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing correspondence with leaseholders and freeholders
Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective clients
Supported by Maintenance Team, Compliance Officer, Payment Clerk & Site Inspector

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration or property management roles
Proficiency in Resident or comparable property management systems
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Previous administrative experience with a focus on organisation and record keeping
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Knowledge of local property legislation and regulations is desirable

This position offers a dynamic work environment where organisational skills and proactive management are highly valued. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the property portfolio while delivering exceptional service to leaseholders and clients.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
