Marketing & Design Assistant (1 day per week)
Location: Winchester, Hampshire (with some flexibility to work remotely)
Hours: 1 day per week (8 hours)

We're looking for a creative, organised and design-focused Marketing & Design Assistant to help us present our business at its very best.
This isn't a social media role.
We're looking for someone who loves beautiful design, understands branding and enjoys turning ideas into polished marketing materials that help us win more business.
What you'll be doing
Working closely with our directors, you'll design and develop marketing assets that support our sales and showcase the quality of what we do, including:
- Beautiful brochures and digital guides
- Wedding and corporate sales materials
- Proposal and quotation templates
- Menus and event collateral
- Venue-specific brochures
- Presentation decks
- Exhibition and networking materials
- Digital PDFs and downloadable guides
- Email templates
- Branded documents and stationery
- Website graphics and imagery
- Canva templates that our team can use consistently
You'll also help keep our marketing materials fresh by updating photography, layouts and content so everything reflects the premium service we deliver.
We're looking for someone who...
- Has an excellent eye for design and typography
- Can produce elegant, premium-looking marketing materials
- Is confident using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understands branding and visual consistency
- Can work independently and manage their own workload
- Enjoys turning ideas into polished finished pieces
- Has excellent written English and attention to detail
- Likes working with creative businesses
Experience in hospitality, weddings or events would be fantastic, but isn't essential.
We'd love someone who can also...
- Suggest fresh ideas for brochures and sales materials
- Improve existing templates and documents
- Help make our proposals even more engaging
- Support occasional website updates
- Source and organise photography
