Summary

Imagine starting your morning with a guided walk through the Lake District, an open water swim or a paddleboard stretch session followed by our signature wood-fired sauna rituals.

What your day could look like...
- Every day is different. Depending on the season, your day might include:
- Leading an early morning guided wellbeing walk through the beautiful Lake District landscape.
- Hosting a paddleboard stretch or movement session on the shores of Lake Windermere.
- Delivering one of our signature wood-fired sauna rituals.
- Guiding breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation experiences.
- Supporting cold-water wellness experiences and thermal journeys.
- Helping guests relax, recharge and reconnect with nature.
- Creating exciting new wellness experiences and seasonal events.
We are looking for someone who...
- Has a genuine passion for health, wellbeing and hospitality.
- Naturally enjoys engaging with people.
- Is confident leading groups and creating memorable experiences.
- Loves being outdoors in every season.
- Brings enthusiasm, positivity and energy every day.
- Enjoys being part of an ambitious, creative and supportive team.
Essential Qualifications
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor (or equivalent).
- Current First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible approach to working weekends and evening.
Desirable
- Yoga, Pilates or Breathwork qualifications.
- Sauna Master / Aufguss experience.
- Paddle UK, RLSS or open water qualifications.
