Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Fine Dining Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional services. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service, detailed knowledge of our food and wine menu.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus while ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Take accurate food and drink orders, offering recommendations and upselling items where appropriate.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet our high standards.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to assist guests with their selections.
Ensure that tables are set correctly and maintained throughout the dining experience, including clearing plates and refilling drinks as needed.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and communicate any guest requests or concerns promptly.
Manage time effectively to ensure that all guests receive timely attention without compromising quality of service.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential, preferably in fine dining establishments.
Basic maths skills are required for processing bills accurately.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology will be advantageous.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
A commitment to food safety practices is essential to ensure the wellbeing of our guests.
