Secretary

Duties:
- Greet and welcome occasional clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, stationary ordering, website uploading...
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Type and email many letters/reports on behalf of our fee earners. Grammar should be excellent.
- Handle our limited incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain our existing, air-conditioned, organised office.

Skills:
- Polite and clear phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills with close ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
- Ability to type accurately and swiftly ideally with AUDIO TYPING EXPERIENCE.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerised systems.
- Proficiency with Outlook etc...

We are seeking a reliable and professional Secretary/Typist to join our small family team. We are recruiting only due to staff illness. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be highly organised and accurate in all they do, and have the ability to multitask effectively. If you are detail-oriented, honest, customer-focused, and can at times work under pressure with very good keyboard/typing skills, we would love to hear from you. A sense of humour will assist!

Our family real estate company was formed in 1981 and is one of the longest standing in the region with a tremendous reputation. It takes all staff to maintain these exacting standards and you will need to contribute.

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Secretary will be required to work on-site at our office location.
