Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Google and Meta digital paid media spend working alongside our Head Of Marketing. In this dynamic role, you will develop strategic paid digital marketing campaigns, optimize digital content, and analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum engagement and ROI. Your experience and expertise will be essential in managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with creative teams, and elevating our online presence through innovative paid digital marketing solutions to maximise high intent quality leads and drive down CPAs where applicable. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.
Oversee the creation of engaging paid content that drives high intent leads.
Maximise our paid advertising monthly budget across all paid digital platforms such as Google Ads, Youtube, Meta, Pinterest optimizing ad performance through continuous analysis and adjustments, reporting and feedback to management.
Conduct detailed analysis of website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to inform strategic decisions.
Supervise paid and organic social media channels, fostering community engagement and brand awareness through consistent posting and interaction to drive quality high intent leads into the business.
Prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate campaign results, insights, and future strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience and track record specifically in paid digital marketing at a senior level bringing in consistent results.
Proven track record in creating and executing paid digital Meta and Google campaigns
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft persuasive copy for high end affluent audiences.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights and optimize marketing efforts effectively.
In depth expert knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing tools and platforms.
Will suit an expert coming from a top digital marketing agency who wants to work with one brand bringing over all of their knowledge and expertise in the latest technological advancements and best practice in Paid Digital Media for maximum results.
