Job summary:
We are looking for an exceptional Headteacher to lead our school with vision, integrity, and a strong commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will inspire both staff and pupils to achieve their full potential in a supportive and ambitious learning environment. They will bring proven leadership experience, a passion for education, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Building positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community will be central to this role. Please note that this role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. As such, all applicants are required to disclose any criminal convictions, cautions, warnings, or reprimands, even if they are considered “spent.” An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken prior and a requirement to the commencement of any employment.

If you currently work in a Pickwick Academy School, please nominate your current Headteacher.
