Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage.
Assess clients’ needs through consultation to develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or therapies.
Keep detailed records of client treatments, preferences, and progress in compliance with privacy regulations.
Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized according to health standards.
Promote wellness services and build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Skills

Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist in accordance with local regulations.
Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques with the ability to customize sessions based on client needs.
Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients and explain treatment options.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
Ability to create a relaxing atmosphere that enhances the client experience.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy.
Positive attitude with a passion for promoting health and well-being.
