About You
To be successful in this role you should:
- Hold AssocRICS or MRICS status.
- Have genuine experience undertaking residential property inspections.
- Have experience producing RICS Level 2 Home Survey reports.
- Have experience producing RICS Level 3 Building Survey reports.
- Be capable of inspecting residential properties independently.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
- Be based within approximately one hour of Chelmsford.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for undertaking residential property inspections and preparing professional RICS survey reports across Essex and the surrounding counties.
Your work will primarily include:
- RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
- RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
- Residential defect diagnosis
- Provide practical, client-focused advice

Pay: £45,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
