Our work is divided into two key streams:
- Heritage & Community Projects
We work closely with organisations such as the National Trust and the Diocese, as well as private clients, to carry out sensitive restorations, extensions, and alterations that respect the character of historic properties while meeting modern needs.
We collaborate with leading architects on larger-scale developments, from high-end renovations to major restoration projects. These projects combine modern design and construction techniques with the same level of craftsmanship and care we are known for.

Current Vacancies
Experienced Carpenter
We’re looking for an experienced carpenter with the ability to carry out first and second fix carpentry to a high standard. Experience in roofing, timber framing, renovations and bespoke projects would be advantageous.
Experienced Painter & Decorator
We’re looking for a decorator who takes genuine pride in producing an exceptional finish. You’ll have experience in all aspects of preparation, internal and external decorating, and be comfortable working in occupied homes and commercial properties.
Experienced Bricklayer / Multi-Skilled Construction Operative
This position is ideal for an experienced bricklayer who enjoys a varied role.
Bricklaying and blockwork are essential requirements, but you’ll also be happy carrying out general building work including foundations, concreting, drainage, structural alterations and supporting other trades when required.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience within your trade.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own tools.
- CSCS card preferred but not essential

These vacancies are for employed positions. However, we would also be pleased to hear from experienced subcontractors interested in tendering for labour-only price work packages on our larger projects.
