Natural Stone Surfaces are a leading fabricator of stone worktops. We are based in Chapel-en-le-Frith and cover the whole of the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Showroom Sales Representative based in Oxford, working alongside one of our associates.
The Showroom Sales Assistant will be an expert at building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships to ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promises to our customers and exceed expectations.
Serving as a point of contact for customers both face to face and by phone/email with queries about products, orders and deliveries; and to provide overall support to the sales team, helping them to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Key responsibilities:
- To maintain and develop a loyal customer base through a continuous proactive approach, building rapport with customers and generating new and repeat business, delivering an exceptionally high level of service;
- Previous sales experience is required – it is important to understand that this is a results-based role with a strong focus on targeted sales. Your ability to influence along with your persuasive nature will aid your success in this role;
- With bags of energy and enthusiasm, you’ll be a confident go-getter who is passionate about delivering an exceptionally high level of customer service;
- You will use a combination of intensive training and a natural desire to achieve and drive sales through the development of strong customer relationships and bringing new customers into the showroom;
- Candidates must have prior experience within the stone industry to be successful, due to the specialist product knowledge required for this role.
Working Hours: 09:00–17:00 with weekend working or weekend cover rota
