The role
As a Client Support Representative, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our Personal Tax Hub, helping the team deliver a great service to our clients. This is an entry-level role, so previous accountancy experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is organised, comfortable communicating with people and willing to learn new skills. Your role will include supporting the team with general administration, communicating with clients by telephone and email, and helping to keep client records accurate and up to date. You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team, with plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and develop your career within Azets.
Key accountabilities
• Provide friendly and professional support to clients by telephone and email. • Contact clients to request information and documents. • Answer incoming calls and manage shared email inboxes, directing queries to the appropriate team member. • Keep client records and internal systems accurate and up to date. • Support general administrative tasks, including client onboarding, billing, payments, scanning and document management.
Skills & experience
No previous accountancy experience is required, full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who: • Is friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking with clients. • Has good written and verbal communication skills. • Is hardworking, reliable and open to new challenges. • Is organised and has good attention to detail. • IT literate and willing to learn new systems. • Enjoys working as part of a team. Previous experience in an administrative role would be helpful, but it is not essential.
