The role

Customer Service Representative

Salary: £25,000
Location: Llanrwst / Llandudno
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Llanrwst and Llandudno Agency.

About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, and ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do. This will involve:

Handling general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by phone.
Selling new NFU Mutual insurance policies; with a focus on home and car insurance.
Introducing NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers.
Provide support to the rest of the team when needed.
Support with general office administration duties.

What we’re looking for:

Welsh language skills are essential
Drive, energy, and enthusiasm to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
A proficient IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving and solution finding and like working in a customer support and sales environment. You will enjoy meeting compliance requirements and having a meticulous eye for detail is essential.
Minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
The ability to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.
We have offices in Llanrwst and Llandudno and you will be required to work from both offices depending on the needs of the business.
