About the Role

Collision Repair Group Limited (CRG Diagnostics) is seeking a skilled Windscreen ADAS Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for windscreen replacements, repairs, and the precise calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to manufacturer specifications. Your work will directly support vehicle safety and high‑quality repair standards.

We are a mobile company covering the whole of the UK, We work with Accident repair centre's carrying out ADAS Calibrations and Vehicle coding and Diagnostics, We Also carry out Vehicle Windscreen Replacements and Also Windscreen Calibrations.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out windscreen repairs and replacements on a wide range of vehicles
Perform ADAS calibrations using industry‑standard tools and equipment
Ensure all work meets OEM and safety specifications
Conduct pre‑ and post‑calibration checks and document results
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
Provide excellent service and clear communication to customers and teammates

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a valid Full UK driver’s licence
Shows strong attention to detail and high safety awareness
Works well independently and as part of a team
Is reliable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
Must Have more than 5 years experience as a Windscreen Technician
ADAS Trained (Preferred but not desirable as full training will be given)
Have a can do attitude and willingness to meet business demands

Qualifications (Preferred but not required)

Previous ADAS calibration experience
Certification in automotive glazing or related trade
Familiarity with diagnostic and calibration equipment

£30,000 - £48,000
