What you'll do

Our Drawing Room Manager will work closely with our F&B Director to achieve efficient staffing levels and manage the desired levels of performance.

You will be responsible for ensuing a 5* luxury experience to all our guests, they oversee the daily running of our lounge area ensuing a seamless service for All day Dining and Afternoon Tea.

Own, manage and deliver an effective departmental training and development program for all team members to meet their particular expectations and increase service standards.

To conduct sales & marketing activities in order to drive business growth & profit

To ensure the menu and environment is consistent with a luxury establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations & maximise business growth
