The Role
We’re looking for a fun, energetic, confident-on-camera TikTok Live Presenter who can also support social media content creation and management across TikTok and Instagram. This role is roughly a 50/50 split between Live hosting and creating/posting short-form content that drives engagement and sales.
You’ll work on-site from our Birmingham office (B42) with full access to products, the team, and our set-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Host 2-3 live sessions per week (with flexibility to increase)
- Present live from our Birmingham office (B42) using our products and set-up
- Engage viewers in a lively, confident, and authentic style
- Demonstrate product use, share tips, and answer live questions
- Use TikTok Live tools and basic analytics to maximize reach and engagement
- Create consistent content for TikTok + Instagram (Reels/short-form)
- Script and plan content: hooks, talking points, CTAs, and product-led storylines
- Edit basic short-form videos (advantage, not essential if you can work with our workflow)
- Schedule regular regularly and keep content organised (drafts, posting schedule, content calendar)
- Stay on top of trends and bring fresh content ideas that fit the brand and convert
About You
- Confident, fun, and energetic on camera - natural charisma is a must!
- Experience hosting TikTok Lives or similar live streaming (links to past TikToks required)
- Comfortable presenting in English; understanding of Sikh culture is a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of TikTok Live features and best practices
- Good understanding of camera and sound set-up is an advantage
- Able to work flexibly (daytime hours to start, with potential for change)
- Must be able to travel to our Birmingham office for all live sessions
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of lighting, camera framing, and sound set-up
- Experience selling on TikTok Shop or live shopping formats
