Full job description

Overview

NRwell supplies Industrial Automation and Electronics to customers not only to the UK but around the world. You will be part of team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth flow of goods, supporting the sales and logistics team.

The Company is looking for a part time employee for 9-5 Thursday and 9-4 Friday, 13 hours per week, £15.83 per hour.

The role will include but is not limited to:

Processing orders ensuring accuracy
Sending purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth flow of goods.
Checking order confirmations from suppliers to make sure all information is correct.
Monitoring due dates to ensure goods arrive on time.
Chasing suppliers to make sure all orders arrive on time.
Liaising with sales team and customers regarding existing orders.
Dealing with warranty claims and aftersales requests
Sending order confirmation to customers.
Organising deliveries using courier websites such as TNT and UPS
Co-ordinating freight movements
Maintaining accurate documentation

Role requirements:

Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate and collaborate with others.
Be a problem solver
Confident and professional phone manner.
The ability to work under pressure and to time restraints.
Proficient in computer systems such as the Microsoft office suite.

Pay: £15.83 per hour
