Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Handyman/Woman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a variety of facilities and equipment across our operations. Your expertise will ensure that our environment remains safe, functional, and welcoming for all staff and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your mechanical, electrical, groundwork and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building, groundwork, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules for accountability.
- Maintain site infrastructure including doors, fixtures, flooring, storage, toilet and office areas
- Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance areas clean and organised and in good working order
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and organisational policies
- Work closely with owner, managers & staff to support operational needs
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or related roles
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to maintenance work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Use of hand and power tools
- Be available for overtime and callouts when needed
- Ability to work on own and as a pat of a team

Pay: £13.51-£15.00 per hour
