About the Role
As an Approved Electrical Trade Partner, you’ll undertake a variety of commercial maintenance and small works on behalf of Harbour & Moor Facilities Management Ltd.
Typical work includes:
- Reactive electrical repairs
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Lighting repairs and upgrades
- Emergency lighting testing and repairs
- Consumer unit and distribution board works
- Small electrical installations
- Power and lighting alterations
- Electrical maintenance
- Minor remedial works
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Supporting compliance-related electrical works
Work will primarily be at commercial properties throughout Devon.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold relevant electrical qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent).
- Be self-employed or operate through a limited company.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have Public Liability Insurance.
- Supply your own tools and transport.
- Have experience working within commercial environments.
- Be professional, reliable and customer focused.
- Be able to work independently and manage your workload.
Desirable Qualifications
The following are advantageous:
- NICEIC or NAPIT registration
- ECS Gold Card
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- IPAF
- PASMA
- Emergency Lighting experience
- Fire Alarm experience
