We are going from strength to strength and are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced European Operator to join our busy and successful European Operations Department and play a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of our services. Ideally, you will have previous experience working within Transport & Logistics Operations along with exceptional customer service and administration skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:
Experience working in a logistics role is essential.
Experience of working within a customer service or administrative role desired.
Pass Grade in GCSE English & Maths or Equivalent.
Computer literate and able to learn how to use new systems effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
Confident using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Good attention to detail when handling data.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Develop strong service relationships with customers and overseas agents to deliver efficient and effective service, including regular updates and ETAs.
Ensure smooth internal communication between key departments-Customs, Transport, and Warehouse-to facilitate efficient loading and transport of customer goods.
Create new shipments on our Transport Management System (TMS).
Review customer invoices to ensure customs compliance in both the UK and EU.
Provide completed load lists to the warehouse, manifests to agents, and Customs instructions while highlighting any discrepancies during the loading process.
Resolve and manage customer/agent queries professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate special collections and resolve issues with third-party hauliers as necessary.
Collaborate with the team to align and streamline internal processes.
