Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing pregnancy ultrasound examinations.This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your technical expertise and communication skills within a supportive medical environment. The Sonographer will work closely with medical professionals to ensure accurate imaging and patient care, contributing significantly to the overall diagnostic process.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality ultrasound examinations performing, early reassurance scan, gender scan from 15weeks ,3d/4d scan .
Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process clearly and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout.
Operate ultrasound equipment efficiently, adjusting settings as necessary for optimal imaging results.
Analyse images for clarity and accuracy, ensuring they meet diagnostic requirements before submitting for review.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including technical findings and observations.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and calibrated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Stay updated with advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques through ongoing professional development.

Experience

Proven experience as a Sonographer performing, 3d/4d scan ,gender scan from 15weeks.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other medical staff.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear documentation and patient interaction.
Strong IT skills to operate ultrasound machines, manage digital records, and utilise relevant software applications.
Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach towards patients.
