Operations Planner & Scheduler

As part of our strategic growth plan, McBreen Enviro UK is seeking an Operations Planner & Scheduler with exceptional organisational and planning skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the delivery of services to our customers through our Salesforce and Dayback Planning Systems.
You will be responsible for advance planning and the efficient delivery of services across the UK business, focusing on maximising resource utilisation and streamlining operational processes. A strong understanding of scheduling and coordinating resources to maximise utilisation is essential, along with a detail-oriented approach to ensure the end-to-end planning process is delivered with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and coordinate operational works across the UK business.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure efficient service planning and delivery.
- Drive performance improvements through optimised planning and scheduling strategies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Operations Delivery and Sales teams.
- Monitor and enhance resource utilisation across the UK business.
- Ensure the end-to-end scheduling process is followed with precision and integrity.
- Monitor and maintain compliance records for operational tools, equipment and fleet, ensuring inspections, certifications and servicing schedules are up to date.
- Support the updating and maintenance of compliance documentation and operational records across the business.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and operational performance.

- Drainage Industry Experience: Minimum of one year's experience within the drainage industry.
- Project Management Experience: Experience in project management or project coordination would be a distinct advantage.
