Veterinary Receptionist / Telephonist Do you enjoy delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy working as part of an enthusiastic team? Love animals? Then we have just the job for you … Brentknoll Veterinary Centre is a long established premium practice in Worcester. We have an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to work in a veterinary practice.

We are looking for someone to join our expanding, excellent client care team working as a receptionist and telephonist. The right candidate must have excellent customer service and telephone skills, be outgoing, bubbly and confident. You must be able to multi-task, prioritise and organise very demanding workloads and be competent in Windows-based packages. Excellent attention to detail as well as being able to communicate clearly is essential for this position.

Previous experience working in the veterinary industry is not required as full training will be given. This is a full time permanent position working around 40 hours per week within a rota. Weekend cover will be required working 1 in 4 as well as working some bank holidays.
