Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable builder with a strong all-round construction background. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of building activities and will play a key role in delivering projects to the high standards our clients expect.

Responsibilities
- General building and construction works
- Brickwork and blockwork
- Structural alterations and steel installations
- Foundations and groundworks
- Drainage and external works
- Roofing works and repairs
- Internal refurbishment works
- Plasterboarding and basic finishing works
- Site preparation and setting out
- Reading and working from drawings
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised site
- Communicating professionally with clients and colleagues
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry
- Strong practical knowledge across multiple trades
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of building regulations and construction methods
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own hand tools
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Professional and positive attitude
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Experience delivering residential extensions and renovations
- Experience with structural alteration projects
- Ability to undertake small bricklaying, roofing and groundwork tasks
