Warehouse Administrator
Cradley Heath, B64
Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £27,500
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (no weekends)

NCF Living is one of the UK's fastest-growing furniture retailers, with stores nationwide and a reputation for delivering quality furniture and outstanding customer service. We're looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our busy Distribution Centre.

The Role

As a Warehouse Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operation runs smoothly by supporting stock control, processing documentation and liaising with internal teams, suppliers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

Process goods in and goods out documentation.
Prepare delivery notes, dispatch paperwork and warehouse reports.
Update stock and warehouse systems accurately.
Support stock control and investigate any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate warehouse records and filing systems.
Assist the Depot Supervisor and Warehouse Manager with administrative tasks.
Respond to telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
General administrative duties

The Person

Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple departments.
Able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, reliable and team-focused approach.
