Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our human resources operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, effective communication, and accurate data management. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster a positive workplace environment and support our company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS), including Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, Salesforce, and other applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support recruitment efforts through data entry, candidate tracking, and coordinating interviews using ATS platforms.
Assist with onboarding processes by preparing documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, and updating employee records.
Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedural updates via email, social media management tools, and internal communication channels.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel files, processing employee requests, and supporting payroll data entry.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop social media content promoting company culture and employment opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes by providing feedback and participating in system upgrades or implementations.

Qualifications

Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of human resources principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
Prior experience with data entry in ATS platforms like Salesforce or Taleo is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social media management tools for internal communications or employer branding initiatives.
Knowledge of additional systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft enhances your candidacy.

Pay: £67,000.00 per year
