Bugalugs Pet Care, formed in 2020, are the UK’s leading pet care product manufacturer. Based in Cumbria on the edge of the Lake District, we specialise in our own-brand grooming products, supplements and dental for dogs and cats.
Position Overview:
Bugalugs Pet Care is growing our presence on TikTok LIVE and we're looking for a natural, engaging presenter to become the face of our brand, bringing our products to life for a growing, loyal audience, session after session.
The Role:
You'll host regular TikTok LIVE sessions from our studio setup in Workington, showcasing Bugalugs products, talking through what problems they solve for pets and their owners, and keeping viewers engaged. This role can flex from part-time to full-time depending on the right candidate.
What you'll do
- Host live TikTok Shop sessions (up to 2.5 hours), presenting products in a warm, natural style
- Structure each live around clear focus products, framing them around the real problems they solve for pet owners
- Engage directly with live viewers, answering questions in real time and keeping energy and attention high throughout
- Handle questions you don't immediately know the answer to gracefully, and follow up once you have the answer
- Work from a full product briefing we provide ahead of each session, you won't be going in blind
- Review performance and identify trends to adapt for future TikTok Lives.
Skills, Experience, and Characteristics:
- Energetic personality, comfortable in front of the camera.
- Can build trust and rapport with viewers/customers.
- Excellent understanding of TikTok & live streaming e.g. Instagram Live, Facebook Live
- Motivated by achieving targets.
- Thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
- Genuine interest in pet care products and a love of pets.
- Comfortable selling, able to link product features to real customer benefits
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Quick thinking under live conditions, handling unexpected questions calmly and coming back with answers when needed
- Must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK

Salary: Hourly depending on experience

Pay: £9,000.00-£13,000.00 per year
