Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks. The hours are Mainly Weekdays and daily hours, some Early start times 5am maybe needed, finishing usually no later than 8pm. Hours will be between these times. minimum 6 hours per day
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, surfaces, and fixtures, adhering to established protocols.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Use of Floor Machines, Pressure Washers, Window Cleaning equipment
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Builders Cleaning to an excellent spec on New Build Houses
- Building Site Welfare cabin cleaning
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning activities to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow scheduled cleaning routines and adapt to changing priorities or special requests.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and consistency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions precisely.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues.
