Apprentice Bricklayer – Fixed Term (3 years) with a view to be permanent once qualified
Are you looking to start a skilled trade career and earn while you learn?
Bassetlaw District Council is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Bricklayer to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised Bricklaying qualification.
You will work alongside experienced trades professionals carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance activities to council homes and buildings, including:

Brickwork repairs and rebuilding
- Repointing and masonry repairs
- Pathway and paving works
- Boundary wall and fencing repairs
- General external property maintenance
- Construction and improvement projects
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in delivering high standards and is eager to develop a long-term career in the construction industry.
