Position Overview
As part of the final stage in our manufacturing process, the Loading team ensures that every customer order is picked, checked, and safely loaded for delivery across the UK. We supply fully assembled kitchen units, meaning many items are large, heavy, or awkwardly shaped—so this is an active, hands-on role suited to people who enjoy physical work and working as part of a close-knit team.
We’re looking for Loading Operatives / Warehouse Operatives to join our growing operation and help maintain our high standards of accuracy, care, and efficiency. Full training is provided.
What You Will Be Doing
Loading Operatives / Warehouse Operatives support the dispatch and logistics teams by ensuring customer orders are prepared correctly and handled with care. Your responsibilities may include:
- Picking customer orders accurately
- Loading fully assembled units into HGV trailers
- Handling large or heavy items safely
- Checking products to ensure they are undamaged before loading
- Working efficiently to meet dispatch schedules
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintaining a tidy, safe, and organised working environment
- Communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues
This is a physically demanding role and is ideal for people who like staying active and enjoy working in a team environment.

Ideal candidates will:
- Enjoy physical, hands-on work
- Be comfortable with lifting and handling large items
- Have a positive, flexible, and co‑operative attitude
- Follow clear instructions accurately
- Work effectively as part of a small team
- Be willing to learn new skills and move between tasks
- Handle products with care to avoid damage
- Follow all Health & Safety guidelines
- Maintain an organised and safe workspace
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues
Experience in loading, warehousing, logistics, or similar roles is helpful but not essential – full training is provided.
