Job Description - Family Hub Navigator for Waverley Community Council

Reporting to: Clerk to the Council

Location: Waverley Community Hub, and Waverley

Hours: 25 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday, with a Saturday morning included as part of the regular working pattern. Office based

Pay: £32,572.64 pro rata

- The council will make appropriate provision for the payment of a pension in accordance with the Automatic Enrolment Pension Scheme.

- Annual leave is 28 days pro rata according to working hours excluding statutory Holidays.

- Sick pay will be paid according to your contract.

- The post is fixed term contract for 12 months, possible extension

Job description

Leading the coordination and delivery of Family Hub services and bespoke activities within early years / best start, health, community partnerships. The Family Hub Navigator is responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of Family Centred Learning Activities within Waverley Community Network Family Hub site, ensuring that they are safe, accessible and effective for families in the local area. The role involves developing action plans and promoting the Hub's services. Key aspects include engaging with families, particularly those with specific needs, and contributing to the overall success and impact of the Waverley Community Network Family Hub site.
