Mediright are always looking for dedicated nurses to join their small friendly team. The roles of an occupational health advisor and others involve travel across the UK; therefore nurses must be flexible to travel. All training to be provided to the right individuals. Nurses must be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a caring and respectful attitude towards our clients and their employees.
An occupational health advisor must be flexible in their approach and be prepared to drive a mobile health screening vehicle and organise their own workload within specified criteria’s.
Nurses will be responsible for health surveillance such as audio, spirometry and vision testing, fitness to work medicals such as forklift truck medical's, safety critical medical's, health promotion, wellbeing days, drug and alcohol testing, flu vaccines, return to work medical's, sickness and absence, case management referrals and much more.
You must be a registered general nurse and hold a valid NMC pin. Nursing experience of two years plus is ideal, hold a full clean driver’s licence, be flexible with working hours, autonomous, organised and possess excellent communication skills.
