Job Overview
We are a property maintenance company of over 15 years and we are seeking a proactive Multi Skilled Tradesman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across various trades. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties
- Carry out carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, door and window installation, and general woodwork repairs
- Perform work such as repairs, replacements, and inspections using appropriate materials and techniques
- Conduct construction painting to prepare surfaces and apply protective or decorative coatings
- Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently for various tasks across trades
Requirements
- Proven experience in trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry or electrical work
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools operation with safety awareness
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs and maintenance
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in different environments and weather conditions
- Valid certifications or licenses relevant to trades performed (e.g., welding certification, electrical qualification) is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
